Where are you located?
Our brand was born in Cap Ferret, FRANCE, near Bordeaux, often called the French Hamptons! It’s where Parisians escape for summer, just like New Yorkers in the Hamptons. It’s also where we have our shops.
To serve you better, our U.S. orders now ship from our warehouse in Indiana, in the heart of the Midwest and close to the East Coast. That means faster delivery and no customs duties or surprise fees: your order ships within the U.S., just like any American brand.
We’re also setting up our U.S. company in the coming months, so we can be even closer to you.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
No. All U.S. orders ship from our warehouse in Indiana, so there are no customs duties, import fees or surprises at delivery. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
About the Shipping
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $125. For orders under $125, Standard Shipping is just $6.95.

East & Midwest:
- Standard Shipping: $6.95, FREE over $125. 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: $12.95. 1–2 business days
South, Central & West:
- Standard Shipping: $6.95, FREE over $125. 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $18.95. 2–3 business days
Alaska, Hawaii:
- Standard Shipping: $24.95. 5–10 business days
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before noon ET Monday to Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times are in business days (Monday–Friday) and start once your order has shipped. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery may take a little longer.
I am having trouble accessing my account
If you see one of these two error messages:

- 'No account found with that email'
This could mean that when you made your purchase you 'checked out as a guest' and did not create an account.
